FTTX is a generalization for several configurations of fiber deployment of the broadband networks essentially arranged into two groups namely:

• FTTP/FTTH/FTTB (Fiber laid all the way to the premises/home/building)
• FTTC/N (Fiber laid to the cabinet/node)
